Everything we serve is made without animal products: the focaccia, the cakes, and the milk in your flat white. We hold a simple position. Animals aren't ours to use. A café can be built around that idea, and nobody has to miss out. ## What that looks like on an ordinary day. Every coffee with milk is made with oat milk. The carbonara gets its smokiness from plant-based bacon, and the quattro formaggi gets its richness from a plant-based cheese sauce. Nobody has to ask what's in the food or check a label. If vegan food is new to you, this is an easy place to start. Order what sounds good. ## All life. All shapes. All species. That line is on our homepage, and we mean it. Dogs and cats are welcome here, and there's a bowl of water waiting for them. The care that brings a dog through our door is the same reason there's no meat or dairy behind the counter. ## Beyond the menu. We use the café and our social channels to back animal rights causes and events, and we'll keep doing it. When people in Warsaw organize for animals, we want to help others find them. If you're organizing something, write to us at [info@cafemichelle.com](mailto:info@cafemichelle.com). ## Come as you are. You don't need to be vegan to sit with us, and you don't need to agree with everything we stand for. Pull up a chair, order a coffee, and see what a kitchen without animal products can do.
