Welcome to Café Michelle. We're more than a coffee shop — our café is a living room for the neighborhood. Founded by immigrants and built on the spirit of neighborliness, we are a 100% plant-based, inclusive safe space where good food brings people together.
Whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to read, a vibrant community of folks doing good, or just an incredible plate of pasta, our doors are wide open to everyone.

Originally founded by Belarusian immigrants and proudly carried on today by a Dutch owner, our café is an authentic home for activists, immigrants, the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone fighting for a better society. Your safety, well-being, and identity are celebrated here.

We care deeply about environment-first living. That’s why our kitchen is 100% plant-based, our specialty coffee is locally sourced, and we constantly work to minimize our environmental footprint while running initiatives that support local good causes.
